Setmana Santa

Els dos últims dies de setmana santa, diumenge i dilluns, els he passat a casa la Bàrbara i anar a casa seva vol dir no parar de fer coses en tot el dia! Començant per jugar amb la bebechu a qualsevol cosa com senyores que xerren, fer cuetes, amb el Mr. Potato o llegir comptes. Desprès fem alguna cosa de reposteria, on puc escollir entre mil llibres! Bueno mil potser no, però entre uns 50 crec que si, té 4 estanteries com aquesta.

The last two easter days, sunday and monday, I've been at Bàrbara's home and go to her home it means do things all the day! Starting to play with "bebechu" like ladys chatting, make ponytails, Mr. Potato or read books. After we bake somethng, I can choose from thousands of books! Well thousands maybe not, but about 50, she has 4 shelfs like this one.

Per esmorzar vam preparar "palmeritas" super fàcils de fer i estan boníssimes!
For breakfast we prepared "Palmeritas" super easy to make and delicious!

Després la Bàrbara em va ensenyar com fer pà de llet, però ens vam deixar el sucre així que vam fer uns panets...
Then Bàrbara showed me how to make milk bread, but we forgot the sugar so we had bread...

I la part més important del día, La Mona! Per la base vam fer un pà de pessic de llimona amb cobertura de xocolata i farcit de nata i com a figura un ou de xocolata decorat amb peces del Mr. Potato.
And the most important thing, La Mona! For the base we baked a lemon cake with chocolate and stuffed with cream and as a figure a chocolate egg decored with Mr. Potato pieces.


I després de dinar ens vam menjar la mona! Quan la bebechu la va veure només podia dir "Tato, Tato!"
And after the lunch we ate "la mona"! When bebechu saw it she just could say "Tato, Tato!"


I igual que l'any passat va acabar amb xocolata a les pestanyes!
And as the last year she had chocolate in her eyelashes!

Però no només vam repostejar també vam scrapbokejar! La Bàrbara ha fet un parell de tallers i em va ensenyar com fer un parell d'àlbums.
We also had time to scrapbook! Bàrbara did a pair of workshops and she taught me how to make two albums.

Ai, ai, ai, aquesta setmana vaig justeta de temps. Tocava la Wishlist de Setmana Santa i casi no arribo... però aquí la tenim. A l'últim moment, però amb prou temps per fer alguna coseta!

A casa, de tota la vida la Setmana Santa ha estat sinònim de primers dies de platja. Així que toca comença a mirar que es porta aquest any. Els blaus i turqueses m'han agradat molt, són colors que tendeixen a afavorir.

At home, Esater has allways been the first beach days. So it's time to start looking at swimsuits and bikinis, to see what we'll wear this year. I love blue and turquoise, there are colours that always look nice

Una cosa que m'agrada de la Setmana Santa americana són els colors pastel i els conillets de Pascua, amb aquesta guirnalda puc tenir les dos coses!

One thing I like about America's Easter is the pastel colours and the Pascua rabbit. With this wreath I can have both!

Llibre // Book

He dit una mica més a munt que per aquestes dates estrenem la temporada de platja, però també es tradició que plogui.. Així que pels dies que no podem disfrutar del sol, els llibres son uns bons aliats. Ara que tenim més temps es un bon moment per començar a llegir "La historia de Kvothe", ja que aquest 2014 sortirà el tercer llibre, i les triologies sempre molen!

I said before that in this days I start going to the beach, but usually it also rains during Easter. So, the days that are not sunny, a book is always a good option. Now that we have more time you should read "Kvothe History", in 2014 will appear the third book and the trilogies are always cool!

I per marxar un dies fora res millor que Tarragona, es pot disfrutar de les procesons de Setmana Santa, i també de les seves magnifiques platges. Una manera d'unir tradició i sol en un mateix destí.
