Tinc un amic que està a punt de tenir un bebé, creiem que de la setmana que ve no passa ^^, i com no podia ser d'una altra manera aquest últims dies li he preparat un parell de cosetes.
I have a friend who is going to be father for first time, we think that won't be longer that next week ^^, and these last days I've prepared a couple of things.
Tenia claríssim que li faria un orejón des del dia que ens ho va dir. El vaig fer amb fil Alabama de Katia, és barreja de cotó i acrílic i el poden posar a la rentadora.
Since the day that he said us the news I knew that I'd made a large ears bunny. I chose a yarn mix of cotton and acriylic, and it can go to the washing machine.
Però ho trobava poca cosa així que pensant pensant em vaig enrecordar que la meva germana li va fer una manteta de ganxet a l'Àlex i sempre em deia que era molt ràpida de fer, així que em vaig animar a fer-la.
But I thought the bunny it wasn't enought, so I was thinking and I remembered that my sister made a crochet blanket for Àlex and she always said me that it was so easy to make, so I decided to make it.
La vaig fer amb el mateix tipus de fil que l'orejon. Segurament ara la faran servir poc per no dir gens, fa massa calor, però cap allà el setembre o l'octubre quan comencin a baixar una mica les temperatures segur que els hi va bé. I de mides crec que també està banstant bé, fa uns 80cm x 75cm més o menys.
I made it with the same yarn that the bunny. Surely now they'll use it a little or not at all, it's too hot, but in september or october when the temperatures goes down sure they'll use it. I think the sizes are good, about 80cmx75cm.
I no em vaig oblidar dels papis! A ells els hi vaig preparar unes madales d'oreo (la recepta aquí), perquè vagin agafant forces per quan arribi :)
And I didn't forget the parents! For they I baked some oreo muffins (the recipe here), they need forces when the baby comes.
Dissabte, pel DIY, penjaré el patró de la manteta, ja veureu que és fàcil i ràpida de fer.

Enamorada de l'orejón!!! hauré de venir ja a apendre'n... i la manteta fantastica, van super be per un moment o altre.... a partir de setembre l'amortitzen segur! Molt bon regal.
