Quan estudiava la història no m'importava massa, bé ni la història ni res però això és un altre tema, a mida que passa el temps és una cosa que m'interessa més, saber que va passar, com i quan. Una de els coses que més m'agraden són les històries curioses i fa poc vaig descobrir una web on explica aquest tipus d'històries de Barcelona, en trobem de tots els barris, la Ribera, l'Eixample, Gràcia, el Gòtic... i de totes les èpoques des del s. XVII i més recents com el 1930.
When I went to the highschool I didn't like the history, well I didn't like anything but this is another thing, but as time goes on it's a thing that interest me more. And if the history it's curios I like it more. Some days ago I discovered a website where explain this tipe of stories from Barcelona. We can find histories from all the districts, La Ribera, l'Eixample, Gràcia, el Gotic... and all the times since s. XVII and more recents like 1930.
Les que més em criden l'atenció són les de la Ribera, ja que em passo tot el dia per aquí. Una de les últimes publicades és la història del c. Malcuinat. Aquest abans es deia Capellans, la gent que vivia en aquest carrer cuinava un potatge, fet de restes de menjar, ossos i carn de mala qualitat entre d'altres ingredients, i el venien als mariners des de les finestres de casa.Com el menjar era tan dolent amb el temps el nom del carrer va cambiar.
The histories that I like more are from la Ribera, I'm all the day here. One of the last post was the history from Malcuinat street (it means badcooked). This before was called Capellans (priests), the people that lives there cooked a potage, made of leftovers, bones and meat of poor quality and another ingredients. This was sold to the sailors throuhg the windows. As the food was so bad with the time the street's name change.
